Is Windows up to date? Have you deleted and reinstalled all Tweaker pieces yet? (That being said, if you're on any form of 10, you will not be able to play the game.) Is it in a virtual machine, or straight up on a hard drive? If it is being ran on a virtual machine, please list both OS's (VM and root computer OS). What is the OS you're on, exactly? I can't figure out if you're still on 8/8.1 or if you're on the 10 tech preview. Have you tried reinstalling the game? (You could probably back up the gigantic data folder, uninstall, reinstall-pause-restore-backup, continue installation.)
I miss this game and I wanna play with my friends again. Granted its not a OS issue cause it was working on Win 8 but then it kept showing the error. While others had theirs fixed, I still couldn't get mines to stop showing the error. I looked through every forum and sites on people having this error and while my issue was similar, the result isn't the same. My friends cant help me out cause they don't understand whats going on. I disabled my firewall, reinstalled my PC, reinstalled the game, deleted the gameguard folder, did the "fix gameguard issues" troubleshoot on the tweaker, removed any "gamebooster" programs, removed any antivirus programs i had, and i STILL get this error after all of that. I can log in just fine and get into the lobby for a few seconds. I'm now trying to get back on the game and I'm not using Win 10 tech. From proxies to patches here and there, my games started getting these NP1013 errors and I stopped playing the game all together. No issues occurred til after the DDOS attacks happened.
If this was helpful please click on "YES it solved my problem", it really motivates me towards helping more and more.I've been playing PSO2 since 2014 and had Windows 8 when I started out.
If a new patch is released for download, repeat these steps to update and remove Error 380 again. With GameGuard properly updated, Error 380 will not reoccur unless GameGuard releases a new patch that requires further updating. Once GameGuard has updated, you can return to the Windows Firewall menu and turn the Firewall back The Firewall will no longer block GameGuard, and the program should update and run without an Error 380 message. Unfortunately, this security measure can sometimes mistakenly block nonthreatening programs, like GameGuard, causing Error 380 to appear.Ĭlick “Turn Windows Firewall on or off.” This button is sometimes hard to spot, because it is tucked away on the far left-hand side of the screen.Ĭlick to select “Turn off Windows Firewall” under both the public and private network headings. If a possible threat is found, the program is blocked from connecting the Internet. According to Microsoft, your computer's Firewall scans incoming Internet data for potential threats. If a network cable is unplugged, you cannot get online, and the error will persist.Ĭlick on “Windows Firewall” to open your Firewall.
Error 380 occurs when your GameGuard software is unable to download updates. IMPORTANT:- IF YOUR GAME ALLOWS PLAYING WITHOUT GAMEGUARD JUST DISABLE IT ALL WILL BE FINE! IF IT NOT WORK TRY BELOW STEPSĭouble-check your Internet connection cables.
